The Aged & Disability Services team is seeking qualified Community Care Workers for both temporary part-time and casual positions.

Community Care Workers provide individual assistance and care to older people, and people with a disability and their carers which assists them to live independently in their own homes and in the local community.  As a Community Care Worker you will enjoy working autonomously, locally and in a secure and growing industry, whilst working with a variety of clients in their own homes and making a difference in the community.  You will have access to competitive wages (including paid travel time between jobs), up to 50 hours per fortnight (depending on employee availability), a comprehensive induction program, regular training and ongoing support.

Applicants must have the capacity to lift and carry items as the duties are physically demanding.  You will also have a current Victorian Driver's Licence and access to a car and mobile phone.  A Certificate III in HACC or Aged Care or equivalent is mandatory. You must hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undertake a Police Record Check and a Functional Capacity Examination (medical).
